Improving the service

Adria kombi is trying to improve its service to the clients all the time. The only right way to for improvement is the control over the suppliers and collaborators. The recent movements toward a better service at the Rolling Motorway is the Monitoring process over the railway companies. Together with the Austrian Ökombi we try to monitor all supplier's processes in order to show them any irregularities that may occure during the transportation. This is the non-conflict way of problem solving in an long-term bussines relationship.

Dear Clients and Partners,

From Port of Koper we received news of the closure of the container terminal on Saturday the 19th of May 2012 at 14:00. Closure should last 24 hours and re-opening is expected on Sunday afternoon.

From Port of Koper we received news of the scheduled closure of the container terminal for 24 hours on the 19th and 20th of May due to transition to new IT system. The exact time of closure will be reported in the beginning of next week.

The Container terminal informed us that on Thursday the 26th of April will start maintanance work on reach stacker. It can accour disruption on all kinds of manipulations.

Closure of Tauern track PDF Print E-mail

Dear Client,

 

We inform you that, due to closure of Tauern line between 15/4/2012 and 29/4/2012, all Adria Express trains will be redirected via Brenner-Villa Opicina-Sežana. Wagon groups will be reduced accordingly:

Cologne 5 wagons (previously 6)

Munich 9 wagons( previously 12)

Duisburg remains unchanged

Cut off time for delivery containers at CT Ljubljana will remain unchanged: 14:00. Pick up time in CT Ljubljana for containers arrived from Germany will follow.

Trains from Ljubljana to Munchen are expected to have an hour delay.

We will keep you informed.
