Adria kombi d.o.o. In drugi k.d. Standard Operating Procedure Booking of the Rolling Motorway (RoMo) Maribor - Wels
Booking
1. Bookings are going to be accepted only per fax or per e-mail (bookingform)
2. A booking shall be concidered as appropriate only if:
1. It is received per fax: +38612345296 or e-mail:

2. You are booking not more than four (4) days in advance
3. It is received inside the time frame of working hours of the Booking Center:
1. Mon – Fri: between 08:00 and 16:00
2. Sa: Between 08:00 and 12:00
3. So: closed
4. It includes the following information:
• Full name of the Company
• The desired Train and Date of departure (one booking is set for one train only)
• Bookings of your company do not exceed 3 places on the same train
3. When the booking is succesfull the Client receives a fax or an e-mail from our Booking Dept., with the following data:
1. the Train Number (example: 41406)
2. Departure date (example: 15.9.2007)
3. Booking Number (example: 444012 )
Booking Confirmation
1. After receiving the Booking Number you ought to send a confirmation which includes:
1. Train Number
2. Departure date
3. Booking Number
4. Your Company name and adress
2. Only than Adria kombi reserves the desired place for your company
3. When the licence plate numbers for the truck(s) are known you can comunicate it to Adria kombi in the same Confirmation message
Booking Cancellation
1. Should you change your mind you ought to send a Booking cancellation which includes:
1. Train Number
2. Departure date
3. Booking Number
4. Your Company name and adress
2. You are obliged to send it within the “Cancellation deadline” otherwise it is invalid
3. In case you want to change the booking from one train to another, first follow the step 1 of chapter 3, then book according to chapter 1
Presenting a booking at the Adria kombi border agency
1. At the border agency, the driver should present his booking number together with a document (CMR) where the identity of the company can be revealed
2. The booking number will be checked in the system
1. Check of the number/train/date
2. Check of the company name and adress
3. The agency staff will provide the Booking Confirmation Document and stamp it
4. Only then the Customs and/or Police Officer will allow your vehicle to enter Slovenia without a road-permit.
Arriving without an booking to the Adria kombi border agency
1. Should your driver arrive without a booking to the border, one will be provided for him at the spot (the first possibility) 2. The Company name and adress will be checked in Adria kombi system
3. The agency staff will provide the Booking Confirmation Document and stamp it
4. Only then the Customs and/or Police Officer will allow your vehicle to enter Slovenia without a road-permit.
