- maximum allowed angle height of the vehicle: 4m, maximum length: 18.75 m, maximum allowed width of the vehicle: 2.6 m
- maximum allowed total weight of the vehicle: 38 t, under certain conditions 40 t
- prohibited or restricted types of goods may only be dispatched under certain conditions
- goods subject to veterinary inspection cannot be dispatched towards the south/the north
- dangerous substances may be carried under special conditions
- in Austria, users of THE PIGGYBACK TRAIN may drive without a permit in the radius of 70 km from the Wels terminal as well as in transit between the terminal and the border Salzburg or Suben
- in Slovenia, users of the piggyback train are exempt from road tolls
- users of the ROLA TRAIN are entitled to ECO points from the bonus contingent for road transit through Austria or to bonus permits
- the deadline for booking cancellation for trains leaving at weekends is Friday noon, for trains leaving on Monday morning Friday 3 PM and for trains leaving on holidays one day before by noon
- conditions for booking cancellation: uncancelled booking EUR 25, booking not cancelled on time EUR 12.50
- the fee for bookings not cancelled on time will be automatically charged if vehicle registration numbers are not submitted by the deadline (EUR 12.50)
- the general terms and conditions of the UIRR and conditions of participating companies in combined traffic as well as instructions for users of the ROLA piggyback system are applicable
